We integrate quality management into every project.  Our quality assurance program consists of three core components:

  • Staff training;
  • Quality measurement; and
  • Performance evaluation.



Our quality assurance program begins with our employees.  We recruit qualified talent that in addition to knowledge and experience, possess soft skills such as confidence and integrity.  Employee training reinforces GMS core values and includes clear communication of expectations.


Quality Measurement

Using a tiered approach to quality measurement, we incorporate service inspection at various levels.  Our conscientious employees check their work to ensure it meets expectations.  Our on-site supervisors conduct daily inspections to assess service levels and identify potential problem areas.  Our QA inspectors conduct weekly inspections to assess achievements and set objectives for the upcoming week.


Performance evaluation

Evaluating performance outcomes is vital to our quality assurance program.  We evaluate the data collected through quality measurement to identify performance gaps.  We also welcome client feedback, and distribute customer satisfaction surveys for that purpose.  In addition, our annual review program assists in refining employee skills through goal setting and achievement.
